Who is Denbaya's payment processor?
Denbaya is proud to partner with one of the global leaders in online payment solutions: PayPal. Denbaya is a verified PayPal member and all of your orders are securely processed on the PayPal server. This saves us the monthly fees normally associated with merchant accounts and gives you an industry standard, trusted and secure environment for your purchases.
Is buying from Denbaya secure?
All credit card transactions are handled on PayPal's secure sever (https). All of your transactions are 100% protected by PayPal.
What forms of payment does Denbaya accept?
We can accept all forms of payment that PayPal accepts including all major credit cards, debit cards, direct transfers from PayPal accounts and direct payments from bank accounts through PayPal. We cannot accept e-checks or cash.
Who handles fulfillment for Denbaya products?
Denbaya T-Shirts are handled CultureDen.com. Our instructional CD's are handled by CDSwift.com. They are notified directly from PayPal when you place your order and ship your CD's directly to you.
How long until Denbaya products are shipped?
Denbaya T-shirts will ship within 4 business days and CDswift guarantees CD's will be shipped within 2 business days.
What types of shipping does Denbaya offer?
Denbaya T-Shirts are shipped via USPS Priority Mail to U.S. addresses only. They usually arrive in 2 -3 business days after shipping. Instructional CD's are sent worldwide via USPS first class mail or air mail. CD's usually arrive in 3- 4 business days after shipping for U.S. addresses and 4 - 7 days after shipping internationally. However, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery (U.S. addresses) and 4 weeks for delivery (non-US addresses).
What if I don't get my order or my order is wrong?
